Job Title: Ecosystem Manager

Allora Labs seeks a proactive, dynamic Ecosystem Manager to lead our initiatives, driving growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Ecosystem Initiatives: Manage and execute all Ecosystem strategies, ensuring they align with our vision. Oversee digital campaigns, social media, and branding, upgrading content impact and community engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to steer Ecosystem strategies, improving client interactions and campaign efficiency.
• Collaboration and Team Contribution: Enhance team performance by sharing knowledge and encouraging a collaborative environment.
• Partnership Development: Work alongside product and engineering teams to sync growth initiatives with product developments and user feedback. Strengthen and expand strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading Ecosystem teams, preferably in the Web3/AI space.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems coupled with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• A history of successful user growth and proven expertise in executing growth strategies within the Web3 ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving startup landscape.
