Your Role: EMDM Master Data Specialist

The Opportunity

Perform complete, stringent, and timely tasks including system analysis, issue resolution, and inquiry handling.

• Ensure process compliance and manage incoming incidents, providing support to Roche Affiliates.
• Use the ticketing system for incoming requests and issues and work to SLA thresholds for incidents and requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Business Users on the maintenance of CoA, Cost Objects, and Procurement Master Data, including maintaining Vendors and Customer master data in SAP.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge base, while actively seeking opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are

Qualifications

• University or College Education with a focus on Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Master Data management experience.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong customer-centric approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SAP modules (FI, MM, CO, SD).
