About the Role

Join Dell Technologies' Solutions Principal team and help us customize transformative solutions for our customers. As an EMEA Services Solutions Principal specializing in Data, Data Science, AI, GenAI & ML, you will guide the analysis, design, and development of innovative solutions. Your expertise will provide technical support and direction to sales teams, ensuring compatibility with customer systems and strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of client presentations, workshops, and solution designs, focusing on Data, Data Science, AI, GenAI & ML services.
• Engage in highly complex accounts, articulating transformation journeys in both business value and technology terms.
• Support country-based Services Solutions Principals across EMEA with your subject matter expertise.
• Act as an evangelist for Dell Technologies' Data, Data Science, AI, GenAI & ML services solutions in the market.
• Collaborate with services portfolio teams on new offers and business development on sales campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of services presales experience as a solution lead, solution architect, or similar roles.
• Proven skills in constructing services solutions, including requirements gathering, scope services, effort estimates, and program planning.
• Exceptional consultative presales skills and the ability to run customer workshops and executive briefings.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (verbal/written).
• Proven experience influencing at all levels (up to CxO) with ability to construct and negotiate service contracts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Data, Data Science, AI, GenAI & ML services, technologies, and transformation programs.

Desirable Skills

• Working knowledge of Dell Technologies product and services portfolio relevant to Data, Data Science, AI, GenAI & ML.
• Practical service delivery experience and relevant certifications in Data, Data Science, AI, GenAI & ML.
