Job Summary

Architecture Design: Develop end-to-end architecture for AI solutions, including data ingestion, processing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability by defining architecture patterns, components, and interfaces.

Innovation: Identify opportunities to drive innovation, improve processes, and create value using AI for internal stakeholders.

Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and select AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. Stay updated on emerging AI trends to inform technology decisions and architectural design.

Model Development and Optimization: Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. Ensure best practices in model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.

Integration and Deployment: Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure. Define deployment strategies and processes for AI models in production environments, including cloud-based and edge computing platforms.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish mechanisms to monitor and optimize AI systems, ensuring performance, accuracy, and efficiency. Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes for AI models.

Governance and Compliance: Define governance policies for AI development, deployment, and usage. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and privacy considerations in AI initiatives.

Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI projects from concept to delivery. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an AI Architect or similar role, focusing on designing and implementing AI solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques and algorithms.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Apache MXNet.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI applications in domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
  • Knowledge of edge computing and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles for AI development and deployment.
