Job Description

Join our innovative Strategic Growth Offering (SGO) focusing on AI and Analytics. As part of Deloitte South Asia National Office, this role aims to integrate AI into all facets of our operations and client solutions. Engage in groundbreaking projects, develop predictive and prescriptive models, and create generative AI solutions that revolutionize our services.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business challenges into actionable analytics/data science projects.
• Align AI/data science team capabilities with client needs.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors to craft compelling pursuit responses and presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Lead AI and Generative AI projects, from technical execution to business change management and impact tracking.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and project understanding.
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual team targets.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• MBA in Data Science/AI/Analytics or relevant postgraduate degree.
• Proficient in data science project lifecycle and basic data extraction and analysis.
• Skilled in creating and delivering polished presentations.
• Strong client-facing skills, capable of representing the AI SGO in high-level meetings.
• Experience in responding to data science/AI RFPs and drafting Statements of Work.
• Expertise in project management and business change requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for networking and understanding industry shifts.
