Work You'll Do

Become a crucial part of Deloitte's fast-paced team, delivering end-to-end reporting solutions for various business functions and verticals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for dashboards.
• Understand in-depth business needs and suggest suitable visualizations.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex reports ensuring scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
• Offer technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards with the team, aiming to improve and automate processes.
• Iteratively review to meet or exceed user expectations.
• Ensure coding and style guide consistency.
• Optimize performance for displaying large data sets in workbooks.

Candidate Requirements

A prospective candidate should have:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and dashboard development.
• Strong software engineering practices, proficient in Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured data from various sources (on-premises, cloud-based, APIs).

Qualifications

We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's or MBA degree, especially from a Commerce background.

Required Experience/Skills

• Experience in Business Analysis in the MIS domain.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Adept at communicating with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical ones.
