Your Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Engineer, you will:
- Analyze use cases and design business processes for automation, building strong domain knowledge
- Review code and design, providing expertise in system development and integration
- Setup, test, and monitor workflows to optimize business process efficiency
- Proactively monitor active processes, analyze issues/failures, present RCA, develop fixes, test, and apply them in the production environment
- Collaborate with other teams for successful deployments and effective RPA tool utilization
- Ensure quality automation using QA processes and prevent potential bugs
- Check document consistency with respective Software Product Releases
- Operate under Agile methodologies, represent the team in daily stand-up meetings
- Work on requirement documentation, process flows, and other tasks to aid the Software Development Life Cycle
- Represent proposed workflow in various forums like Design Authority, Process Qualification, etc.
- Participate and contribute to the Forum for RPA community (Center of Excellence, CoE)
- Plan Tool version upgrades, test existing prod processes on higher versions, document issues, and resolve them with help of CoE
- Derive total infra & license costs and manage renewals
- Work closely with the Scrum master and PO to maintain overall delivery cadence
- Prepare detailed plans with clear milestones to meet project deadlines
- Promote and contribute to the bank's strategic initiatives, including CSR
- Fulfill audit and compliance requirements, process governance, recertifications, and deliver IT App owner responsibilities
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with the following expertise:
- Experience in one of the Automation tools like Blue Prism (preferred), UI Automation, UiPath, or PowerAutomate (preferred)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or .NET
- Experience in accessing and using SOAP or REST APIs, and Postman
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience with databases like SQL and NoSQL
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and experience with workflows
- Working experience in Agile framework and Test Driven Development
- Keeping pace with technical innovation
- For Associate: 5-9 years of hands-on technical experience
