Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to tackle business challenges and enhance product features.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML specialists to translate requirements into functional ML solutions.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• Evaluate and validate models using appropriate metrics and techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Document processes, experiments, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data structures.
• Strong grasp of deep learning techniques and frameworks.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Airline Domain.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for ML model deployment and monitoring.
