Job Description

HII’s Mission Technologies division seeks an experienced Engineer Systems Modeling Simulation 4 to support the Joint Force Development Research and Analysis for the Joint Staff J7 (JS J-7) contract at our Suffolk, VA Joint Staff Complex. As a senior team member, you will:

• Collaborate with USG counterparts to integrate multi-disciplinary projects and provide high-level oversight, ensuring consistent approaches and optimal resourcing.
• Develop new or integrate existing system simulation frameworks, performance models, threat models, and command and control models.
• Create software that simulates user and system behaviors.
• Design and utilize graphical user interfaces and visualization tools for operational environments and trade studies via computer simulation.
• Conduct operational and mission effectiveness analysis and potentially design training models.
• Apply your extensive technical expertise and knowledge of related disciplines to support various projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7 years with a Master’s; 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or a High School Diploma/Equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
