As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead teams developing flagship voice-AI-driven games on platforms like Roku, FireTV, and Alexa.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic and product decisions aligning with Volley's vision.
• Build and manage machine learning systems and pipelines.

• Ensure engineering outcomes meet high standards of code quality, system design, and scalability.
• Manage and motivate a team of engineers, providing development opportunities and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in hiring diverse teams.

• Experience in Natural Language Processing, Audio ML, Signal Processing, or Text Generation.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of direct engineering management experience.
• 1+ years of experience with ML models or ML infrastructure.
• 5+ years as a software developer; game development experience is a plus.
• Technical credibility with a proven record in deploying machine learning models.
• Strong product sense and ability to influence overall strategy.
• Creative problem-solver and motivating team leader.

For Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $166,881 - $229,461 annually, depending on experience, education, and skills. This range is part of the total compensation package, recognizing employees for their contributions.
