About the Role: Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at M47 Labs, you will lead, expand, and align our engineering team to the strategic objectives of both M47 Labs and our clients. Your role involves overseeing the engineering team, managing AI-powered products, maintaining beneficial client relationships, and facilitating stakeholder presentations. Rather than executing tasks individually, your goal will be to foster an environment that enhances efficiency and process execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make informed decisions concerning AI/ML infrastructure, architecture, and scalability.
• Build and manage relationships with 3rd party providers and define roadmaps for MVP-stage products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by engaging in continuous research and introducing innovative ideas to the team.
• Convert business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor engineering squads, promoting an inclusive and productive work environment.
• Provide feedback and direction to team members, enhancing their performance and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the AI space.
• Strong managerial skills and a track record of solving complex problems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and contribute technically to projects.
• Business acumen and effective communication skills.
• Valid work permit for Spain.

Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AWS, .NET Core (C#), Vue.js, and Python.
