Your Role:

As an Engineering Manager focused on Big Data, you will handle the design and implementation of product improvements to meet user needs. Working alongside the UI/UX team, you will leverage analytics to enhance user experience and interface. Your role is crucial in shaping the future of real estate solutions at LongWave.

What We Need:

- Proven experience in front-end technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular (3+ years)
- Background in back-end technologies like TypeScript, Node, Rust, Ruby (1+ year)
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS or GCP
- Business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of corporate vision
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing stakeholder-focused teams
- Proficiency in Ruby, Rust, React, TypeScript, AWS, GCP, Python
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary up to 15 million yen
