The Role

You'll play a critical role at the helm of a dynamic team, focusing on enhancing our proprietary Digital Twin technology. This role expects robust technical acumen and a visionary approach to team management, aiming to craft software solutions that are not only leading-edge but also secure, scalable, and pivotal to our groundbreaking AI applications in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with Data Science and AI/ML experts to refine and expand our technology stack.
• Set high-level technical strategies alongside other engineering leaders, fostering a culture of excellence within the tech teams.
• Lead by example, offering hands-on engineering expertise while mentoring the engineering team.
• Drive team growth and dynamic capabilities through continuous coaching and strategic recruitment.
• Navigate complex technical and business challenges to maintain alignment with our core mission and product objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering in a high-velocity tech environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing highly-efficient engineer teams.
• Strong capability in building and leading infrastructure projects with significant business impacts.
• Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and fostering inclusive and diverse team environments.
• Ability and willingness to work partially on-site in our San Francisco location.

Desired Skills

Experience in navigating and innovating within highly regulated sectors is a plus.
