Join Our Team as an Engineering Product Data Lead

At NORMA Group, we are looking for an Engineering Product Data Lead (Rotational) to enhance our engineering teams by supporting and managing critical data attributes and processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our engineering product data across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Collect, organize, input, maintain, and manage engineering product attribute data across systems such as Windchill PLM, Dynamics 365 ERP, and Syspro ERP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm the accuracy of engineering product data.
• Implement and maintain industry standards for product data management efficiently.
• Guide and train staff on data collection best practices and procedures.
• Occasionally travel to manufacturing and warehouse sites within the U.S. — about 10-15% of your schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field such as data management, computer science, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and other data management systems.
• Proficiency in using scientific measuring tools and entry-level SOLIDWORKS skills.
• Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and communication.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Desired Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a data manager/analyst with demonstrated project management success.
• Familiarity with Windchill, Dynamics 365, Syspro ERP systems and SOLIDWORKS.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Planner.
• Bilingual abilities - particularly in English plus Spanish, Hindi, or Mandarin Chinese.
