Job Opportunity: Remote Enterprise Data Specialist at Ferguson

Key Responsibilities for Enterprise Data Specialist

• Research and validate vendor data to bolster customer needs and support company growth.
• Showcase exceptional organizational skills to manage and set priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Communicate with internal teams and third parties to provide feedback and suggest business process improvements.
• Apply critical thinking to review data from vendors and third parties in various formats for accuracy.
• Understand and meet the data needs and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Ensure data collection aligns with business partner requirements and supports channel-specific needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data handling, manipulation, and review.
• Proficiency in MDM and/or PIM systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals with minimal guidance.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulation regarding private or sensitive data, including SOX compliance.

Pay Range: $4,543.08 - $7,941.72 Monthly for salaried roles, or Hourly for other roles.

Note: Actual pay rate may vary depending on location, qualifications, and prior experience. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
