Responsibilities

• Customer First Mindset: Engage and enable enterprise customers, delivering a seamless customer experience while driving satisfaction through outstanding digital sales practices.
• Trusted Advisor: Shape customer decisions to adopt Microsoft Azure solutions through tailored communication, technical discussions, and aligning with appropriate solution partners and resources.
• Collaboration: Work with Digital Specialists and extended sales teams to identify high-potential customers and develop targeted business opportunities.
• Technical Demonstrations: Lead Azure solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities that align with customers' business and technical needs.
• Relationship Building: Strengthen connections with customers, leveraging social selling strategies and collaborating with account teams and partners.
• Deal Orchestration: Drive deal closure by coordinating with internal stakeholders, expanding partner relationships, and generating demand through industry use cases.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.
• Solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
• Fluency in English or Arabic.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • SQL including OSS (Postgres, MySQL etc), Azure SQL
  • NoSQL Databases including OSS (Maria, Mongo etc), Cosmos DB
  • Big Data solutions like SQL DW, Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift
  • Advanced Analytics such as Azure Data Bricks, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Science
  • Machine Learning and AI technologies like Azure ML, BOT framework, Cognitive Services
  • Data estate workloads including HDInsight, Hadoop, Cloudera, Spark, Python
  • Knowledge of cloud development platforms and partner ecosystems.
