Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in Data Management as a Data Architect or Data Engineering leader.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with an additional 5 years in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with advanced analytics solutions involving machine learning and statistical analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide best practices in information architecture to meet enterprise data and analytic needs, enhancing the overall data maturity at Google’s Enterprise Data.
• Define data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles including modeling, metadata, security, and reference data.
• Design and implement data models to facilitate connectivity and the reuse of enterprise data concepts.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to devise and implement data strategies, build models, and assess shareholder needs and goals.
• Partner with internal teams to gain deep insights into their business processes and data maturity, influencing the construction of their data ontologies.
