We are seeking highly skilled Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) Domain Experts to oversee and implement crucial data management policies and procedures at Roche. This high-profile role ensures the integrity and proper utilization of data across our organization, making it a cornerstone of our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce data management standards across multiple data domains, including Materials/Products, Business Partners (Customers & Vendors), Reference Data, and Finance/Ledger Data.
• Support domain leads by promoting efficient and accurate data management practices.
• Champion the 'single-source-of-truth' approach and guarantee that the master data fits the purpose within Roche systems.
• Collaborate with EMDM Domain Councils to drive the development and adoption of the EMDM Framework.
• Address and resolve data issues, ensuring alignment with the organizational data governance framework.

Who You Are:

A qualified expert with:

• A robust understanding of Data Governance including strategies, policies, and compliance regulations.
• Over 5 years of experience in high-level data governance roles, managing both functional and strategic aspects of master data.
• Proficiency in enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce, backed by a minimum of 6 years' experience across various business units.
• Familiarity with life sciences industry standards, FDA/EMA regulations, and data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills, suited for a fast-paced, agile environment.
