ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region in India. Our Product Solutions business in India focuses on the marketing, sales, and distribution of performance and specialty products across chemicals and lubricants. Our planning teams in India collaborate closely with global business units on business planning and analytics.

Our LNG affiliate in India supports the upstream business by providing consultancy services to other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducting LNG market-development activities. The Global Business Center - Technology Center delivers technical and business support services for our global operations.

Role and Responsibilities

Position: ES Data Analytics Advisor

Your Role

• Support business knowledge management and training on analytics toolsets
• Facilitate the awareness, development, and implementation of analytics solutions
• Identify improvement opportunities where analytics can add value to the business
• Provide guidance on the effective use of internal and external data sets
• Monitor, support, and enhance the capability of the Power User Network

Your Responsibilities

• Drive improvement opportunities through analytics and ensure the usage and value capture of existing solutions
• Be accountable for the effective usability and availability of existing solutions
• Interface with the IT team as a product owner in an agile environment

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a CGPA of 7 or above
• Strong experience in enterprise data modeling
• Proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Ability to read and write SQL queries, especially for large datasets
• Expertise in data visualization, focusing on Tableau and Microsoft BI
• Capability to identify the best solutions for various business requests

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Basic understanding of SQL language
• Knowledge of Power Query
• Experience with SAP Business Analysis for Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP Data Structure and SAP Business Warehouse
