Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analytics & Reporting Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the design and implementation of data transformation projects with clients, including Data Platforms, BI and Insight, Data Governance, and Data Strategy.
• Managing client relationships, particularly with C-level executives, Heads of Data and Analytics, IT and Data Architects, and other business stakeholders.
• Leading clients in developing future data strategies and plans.
• Driving proposals and market opportunities, including estimation, proposal writing, and presenting to clients.
• Innovating and developing new solutions and thought leadership.
• Coaching and developing team skills and promoting technology advancements.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance our Data & Analytics capabilities.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, and BI solutions.
• Extensive experience in managing data analytics projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency in leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Expertise in designing and implementing data models, analysis, and business intelligence solutions (preferably Power BI).
• Knowledge of data cleansing standards and data quality assurance.
• Proficient in PowerBI reports optimization, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), and row-level security configuration.
• Advanced skills in Alteryx workflows, including predictive, prescriptive, spatial, and demographic analysis, publishing workflows to Alteryx Server, and creating Alteryx Macros.
• Experience in SnapLogic pipelines, DataBricks, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Expertise in big data technologies like Hadoop, Presto, Redshift, and Spark.
• DevOps experience, including Git and Agile development methods.
• Familiarity with AI techniques such as NLP, Neural Networks, and deep learning tools like Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
