ETL Developer

The competencies you bring to Applaudo include: - A desired Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field. - Over 3 years of experience as an ETL Developer. - Over 3 years of experience with PowerBI and SQL. - Solid expertise in coding languages, like Java, XML and SQL. - Proficient in warehousing architectural methods, including MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, DM and EDW. - Robust project management skills. - Capability to analyze a company's big data requirements. - Effective communication skills. - Proficiency in resolving and troubleshooting complex technical issues. - Advance English language proficiency - as you will be working directly with clients based in the United States. Your Responsibilities Include: - Consult with the Business Intelligence & Data Management team to identify and determine the company's data storage requirements. - Collaborate with the BI & DM team to implement all ETL procedures for new projects and remain aware of all production activities according to the required standards and provide support to all existing applications. - Liaise with all users to accumulate necessary data and run all ETL programs and scripts on systems. - Extract, interpret, and analyze all complex data on all target systems, provide solutions to all data issues, and work with enterprise wireless analysts to validate all needs. - Plan, develop, and code the data warehousing system to the desired company specifications. - Develop reporting for all data warehouse models and prepare reports for all metadata integration into systems and come up with drafts of all ETL scripts. - Develop and conduct initial tests for all ETL codes for system data, scrutinize and design data mapping techniques for all data models in systems. - Carry out tests and validate data flows as per established business requirements and design specifications. - Build and maintain Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) within company databases. - Document all test procedures and system specifications for all ETL processes and prepare required programs and scripts.
