About the Role:

As an ETL Developer, you will contribute directly to the project's success by:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions to effectively manage data extraction and loading processes.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and refine requirements.
  • Utilizing Informatica and complex programming languages to manage data operations seamlessly.
  • Creating and optimizing SQL queries in an AWS PostGres environment and generating insightful data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Participating in Agile project management processes and employing tools like Jira for streamlined project tracking.
  • Preparing comprehensive test plans to ensure robust integration and migration of data systems.

Who You Are:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL and data management functions such as extraction, loading, and migration.
  • Proficiency in using Informatica tools, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
  • Experience in creating dynamic data visualizations using Power BI and developing in SQL Server environments.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in supporting Federal government initiatives, particularly within DHS preferred.
