Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with 2-3 years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence projects. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, a drive to learn new data management technologies, and excel at developing innovative data solutions. Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a motivated team passionate about healthcare innovation.
• Drive data management and dashboard development per project requirements.
• Adopt and implement new tools and technologies integrated with existing data warehousing knowledge.
• Ensure high-quality data solutions through automation, testing, and timely delivery.
• Develop, automate, and maintain advanced ETL processes.
• Translate data access and transformation needs into functional requirements and designs.
• Provide ongoing support for critical production systems and handle scheduled maintenance.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in SQL with an understanding of query performance tuning and index management.
• Experience with Snowflake and hands-on knowledge of at least one ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Talend).
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and various SQL/NoSQL data storage techniques.
• Data visualization skills using tools like SSRS, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Ability to quickly grasp new data tools and technologies.
• Effective communication skills and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AWS/Cloud environments and programming in Python, PySpark.
• Understanding of Jira processes and previous experience in the healthcare industry.
