Job Summary: EURASIA SME

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a EURASIA Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a US Government customer at Ramstein AB, Kaiserslautern, Germany. The EURASIA SME will provide all-source analytical expertise regarding adversary capabilities and actions, primarily focusing on Eurasia.

The ideal candidate should reside within a commutable distance of Ramstein Air Force Base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in researching and writing all-source intelligence products.
  • Utilize relevant software programs to analyze operational and tactical data.
  • Research and produce intelligence assessments, articles, reports, and threat analysis.
  • Produce high-quality written and graphical intelligence products.
  • Support requests for information, including stakeholder management and data utilization.
  • Maintain and create intelligence databases and conduct threat analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable USG and DoD programs and policies.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience; or PhD/JD with 0 years of experience.
  • Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA).
  • Proven history in intelligence analysis, preferably with US government or military.
  • Self-starter capable of autonomous operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Experience

  • Work history supporting US military operations in European and African Areas of Responsibility.
  • Experience with USAFE-AFAFRICA as an intelligence professional.
  • Creation of military deliverables like Commander’s Update Briefs and other briefing materials.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Resides within commuting distance of Ramstein Air Force Base.

Physical Requirements

This role may involve working in various environments, including office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory settings. It may require climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperatures.
