Role of the Executive Assistant in AI/ML Programs

As an Executive Assistant within our AI/ML team, you will provide crucial support in operating advanced models in artificial intelligence and machine learning, tailored to ground-breaking problems in the biomedical sciences. This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, assisting in the deployment of ML models, and contributing to our mission by enhancing our understanding of human cell functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Prepare and edit presentations and documents for senior leaders.
• Ensure seamless team alignment within CZI through proactive communication and scheduling.
• Support and facilitate team interactions to ensure a collaborative work environment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably within the tech or biotech sectors. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a knack for handling last-minute changes effectively are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The role is based in Redwood City, CA, with a salary range of $102,000 - $153,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, flexible funding for personal and family needs, and support for relocation.
