Roles and Responsibilities
CRM Marketing Automation: Assist in developing and implementing CRM marketing strategies that involve automation, journeys, and processes to boost business efficiency.
Data Analysis: Use CRM tools to analyze customer databases, extract insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute recommendations, and maintain data integrity as per internal policies.
Campaign Management: Support lead assignments, manage sales team follow-ups, and generate analytical reports on CRM campaign results to drive strategies.
Customer Interaction Strategy: Work on customer segmentation for tailored marketing campaigns, and craft customer journeys using SFMC, including eDM blasts and targeted database extraction.
Operational Support: Handle day-to-day tasks including sales team lead assignments, customer account creation, and campaign tagging. Aid in event organization from invitations to registrations.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, CRM, or Business Administration.
Experience: 1-2 years in a Marketing or CRM related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM principles, customer journey planning, and data visualization tools like Salesforce, SFMC, GDMS, or Tableau.
Professional Skills: Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in high-pressure environments, initiative in leading projects, eagerness to learn new skills, and a people-centric approach.
Technical Comfort: Understanding of the technical aspects of CRM such as API integration.
Working Hours and Location
Schedule: 5-day work week.
