Job Description: Executive Data Production Analyst

The Executive Data Production Analyst will generate reports and perform special analyses for the Consumer Panel Services business, adhering to company standards and deadlines. Reporting to the Head of Service Centre in Bucharest, this role also involves improving processes and supporting assistant and junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze FMCG monthly trends and share an overview with colleagues.
• Update and prepare reports according to Articles, Shops, and Socio-Demographic Profiles.
• Collaborate with the Client Service team to customize reports to client needs.
• Create reports, analyses, and presentations using company templates, modifying them as per client requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and perform correlation checks on all deliverables.
• Support the Client Service team with reports for quotations, profile newsletters, PR activities, and internal company use.
• Compare our data with data from other sources, such as media and client shipments.
• Update and send standard regional files with consumer panel trends (e.g., Key Facts, Consumer Index, Brand Growth).
• Participate in project meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and communicate any issues to the Data Production Manager, and work collaboratively to resolve them.
• Adhere to the company's quality and confidentiality standards.
• Focus on enhancing the quality management system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Processing/Analysis (Project management experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Data Visualization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) and adaptable to bespoke software.
• Fluent in Croatian with good English language skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages.

Work Environment

This role is based in Zagreb with hybrid working (minimum of 2 days per week in the office).
