Job Description

Are you not yet working at Bosch? Do you have an impressive resume with several years of work experience? Then: join our Fast Track Program.

At Automotive Aftermarket, we manage Bosch's global Automotive Aftermarket business. In over 150 countries, our 13,000 workers provide trade and workshop customers with vehicle and commercial vehicle spare parts, state-of-the-art diagnostic and workshop technology & software for diagnoses and service training. Additionally, the Automotive Aftermarket manages the "Bosch Service" workshop concepts, one of the largest independent workshop chains in the world.

We are establishing a data-driven business management framework to guide business across all essential dimensions (end-to-end process, from supplier through Bosch to the client, product, and master data quality). The emphasis is on a build-measure-learn cycle, understanding the current state, defining it, and then determining the necessary actions from there. Agility and a focus on business results are crucial, what can't be measured can't be managed. Main challenges include the complexity of data (10 ERP systems globally) hence the effort to eliminate unnecessary data, standardize, harmonize, and ultimately digitalize and automate processes. The employee is expected to focus on results, not presentations, and always keep our key success factor in mind: our associates.

With our Executive Fast Track Program, you will spend 12 months in various positions in Germany and abroad, gaining a comprehensive understanding of mobility aftermarket.

Together with us, you will lay the groundwork for your future as an executive leader, leading in an enthusiastic and expanding field of mobility aftermarket.
