Job Summary

As an Experienced Power BI Administrator at Gainwell, you’ll harness technology for the betterment of healthcare and health services, aiding our clients in serving their most vulnerable members. Your Role in Our Mission

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing deployments through Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate and Power BI
• Administering premium capacity Power BI workspaces and apps in cloud environments
• Providing technical guidance and resolving platform challenges
• Staying current with cloud-managed services for data warehousing/analytics in Microsoft Azure/Entra
• Evaluating and driving platform efficiency for large-scale deployments
• Automating deployments using PowerShell in Power BI
• Conducting complex analyses to extract learnings and improve BI reporting
• Converting business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentoring junior developers
• Ensuring alignment of business and technology with key business leaders

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

• 10+ years of Azure/Entra BI administration experience in enterprise reporting solutions, preferably in healthcare
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI
• Proficiency in advanced Power Platform features, embedded analytics, and automated deployments using PowerShell
• Experience with Agile methodologies, code promotion, version control, QA procedures, peer reviews, and technical documentation
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Project management experience in an Agile environment

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, varying based on factors such as geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Gainwell offers:
