As an Expert in Data Governance & Analytics within our affiliate, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our non-medical data management strategy and analytics. You will collaborate closely with departments ranging from customer experience and IT to business units on both local and global platforms to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets while ensuring compliance with industry best practices. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, streamline data systems, and foster innovation within the enterprise.
Policy Development & Implementation: You will develop and implement data governance policies specific to the affiliate, aligned with global standards to ensure data quality, confidentiality, and security.
Data Management: You will oversee data collection, storage, quality, and confidentiality, ensuring regulatory compliance within the affiliate. You will lead advanced analytics initiatives to translate data into actionable insights, driving strategic growth.
Innovation & Process Improvement: You will identify innovative opportunities to leverage data for enhancing processes and business expansion.
Data Stewardship Practices: You will define, implement, and oversee data stewardship practices, ensuring responsible and secure data usage throughout its lifecycle in collaboration with global IT teams.
Data Acquisition: You will manage data acquisition from various suppliers based on affiliate business partners' needs, focusing on enhancing analytical functions related to new data sources.
You bring substantial experience in data management and analytics within an international context, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in business analytics tools and big data solutions such as RDI GTM Redshift, EpiCX, Salesforce, Veeva Promomats, and SAP is essential. You possess a deep understanding of emerging technologies and data science trends.
Your leadership and team management skills are exemplary, with or without direct authority, especially with large technical teams. Strong communication, teaching aptitude, and the ability to align data strategies with business goals are among your strengths. You excel in project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
