Job Description: F10 Operation Intelligence Engineer

As part of our Operation Intelligence team, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing innovation. The team’s work includes advancing scheduling systems, simulation solutions, and data analytics insights—essential tools for making informed, critical decisions in our fabrication facilities. We collaborate across departments to impact decision-making processes, sharing insights that drive business breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and innovate fab scheduling and simulation solutions critical to the production line.
  • Develop cutting-edge data analytics to yield insights leading to informed decision-making.
  • Explore and implement new ideas, concepts, and technologies in Micron to foster innovative solutions.
  • Design and lead projects across various departments, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Apply industrial engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling, and production planning.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop applications that continually enhance production metrics.

Requirements

  • A driven individual with a passion for exploring new frontiers in technology!
  • Ability to work proactively and effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High motivation, strong work ethic, and the capability to work independently.
  • Advanced degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in basic programming skills, with additional knowledge in object-oriented programming, database technologies, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools seen as a plus.
