What You'll Do as a Field AI Engineer

In your role, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with our customers and their technical teams.
• Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” to influence product features and roadmaps through regular engagement and strategic insights.
• Understand data science concepts deeply enough to develop tools for interpretable machine learning models within Fiddler's products.
• Write custom code to integrate Fiddler’s platform with customer data pipelines using contemporary tools like Snowflake, Airflow, MLFlow, S3, Kafka, etc.
• Identify and spearhead new opportunities for Fiddler AI to add significant value, enhancing customer satisfaction and business expansion.
• Support customers during the US Eastern Timezone operational hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

We're Looking For Someone With:

• A BE/ME in Computer Science with AI/ML specialization, Statistics, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of real-world experience working with ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with tools handling both structured and unstructured data (e.g., Hadoop, MongoDB, Snowflake, Bigquery).
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong coding skills, preferably in Python, and a solid understanding of the ML/DS model lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with curiosity and a drive to learn and inspire.
