Esri is actively seeking a skilled Finance Business Intelligence Manager to lead our Financial Planning and Reporting team within the Finance and Accounting Department. This influential role focuses on utilizing advanced reporting and analytics to optimize our financial operations and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Planning and Reporting team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Mentor and support team members in professional growth and career development.
• Oversee the creation of insightful PowerBI reports and dashboards to drive strategic decisions and enhance finance and accounting functions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Management to build strong reporting frameworks ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Initiate and drive improvements in financial reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to identify and implement financial reporting enhancements aligned with business goals.

Position Requirements

• An MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a solid theoretical background in finance and business strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with a proven track record of effective team management and project delivery.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable insights influencing strategic outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills to inspire a high-performing team and articulate complex information to various stakeholders.
• A history of initiating and successfully driving process improvements and strategic projects, committed to ongoing operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP and experience with complex data environments are highly valued.
• A passion for leveraging technology in shaping financial strategies.
• A forward-thinking approach, consistently seeking ways to utilize data for business insights.

Compensation decisions, including the base salary range for this role, take into account various factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business needs. A reasonable base salary range is $74,880—$130,000 USD.
