Job Description A Data Compensation Analyst excels in a broad role, ranging from numerical analysis to support for reward programs: someone who can analyze, create, communicate, constructively challenge, and solve problems. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact on the business. Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Developing and maintaining excel models to manually calculate bonus accruals and payments for variable pay employees worldwide, ensuring a complete audit trail. - Continuously reviewing the integrity of source data and following up on corrective actions with HR, payroll, and finance colleagues. - Issuing month-end accrual values to Finance across multiple legal entities. - Answering ad hoc queries on bonus-related issues globally. - Developing in-depth knowledge of complex plan components and calculations. - Maintaining plan records, including key milestone activities and participation data, as well as the issue and review/maintenance of plan documentation. - Understanding various Bonus plan structures and owning calculations for payments. - Assisting in the preparation of reports and audits. - Providing strategic advice and guidance, including year-end remuneration processes. To succeed in this role, you should enjoy a business-facing advisory role. Strong communication, presentation, influence skills are crucial, along with excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability. You should demonstrate problem-solving skills, a solution-focused and commercial approach, while maintaining high standards of client service. Additionally, openness to learning in a fast-paced and altering environment is required. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: - Advanced level Excel skills with the ability to build complex formulae & create user-friendly data templates. Additional Information Having the following would also be beneficial: - A professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA) with industry expertise from a similar role within a software sales environment. - Exposure to total rewards methodologies i.e. across compensation & benefits. - Prior experience in a global or regional role with knowledge of working in a multicultural environment. - Good understanding of Business Operations and Sales Compensation Plans. - Knowledge of database systems would be highly advantageous.
