The Role

As part of our newly-formed Data Operations team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial statements product. You will lead a team responsible for extracting and validating financial data, ensuring accuracy and quality, and improving our data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of Data Operations Associates; ensure efficient workflow and achievement of goals.
• Player-Coach: Balance leadership responsibilities with hand-on tasks to support your team directly.
