Job Description

As a vital member of our Finance Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to manage, design, and document sophisticated data models. This role involves enhancing data management practices to support our enterprise-wide projects. You will tackle complex data integration challenges, optimize data warehouses, and align data architecture with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you will:

  • Manage and refine data processes, contributing to the development and maintenance of complex data models.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies within data models.
  • Collaborate with both business units and technical staff to comprehend data usage and attributes.
  • Support alignment of data architecture initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Explore and recommend opportunities for innovative data model applications in new environments.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences:

  • 2+ years of experience in data management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and solid analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience with AWS cloud-based technology services.
  • Self-motivated and eager to acquire new knowledge and skills swiftly.

Desired Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies (including S3, Redshift, and Glue).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in JSON and Oracle Database technologies.

Tools and Technologies

  • AWS Analytics tools like Athena, EMR, and Glue.
  • Databases such as AWS RDS, Redshift, and Aurora.
  • Experience in Python programming and using JIRA for project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
