Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience in an analyst role supporting Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, Due Diligence, and related functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with building data infrastructure, including designing architecture, building data pipelines, and implementing scalable monitoring and reporting solutions.
- Experience with data center hardware technology, capacity planning, and budgeting.
- Capability in developing strategies within fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, influencing decision-making through numerical analysis, and generating valuable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to communicate insights to technical management teams and align business leaders on recommendations and decisions.

Responsibilities
- Engage with Product Area Finance and other central business partner teams to understand Machine Learning (ML) capacity demand across Google and ensure alignment on single source of truth (SSOT) datasets for reporting.
- Review and perform diligence on Product Area business plans to understand technical workload requirements, projected value generation, and investment prioritization.
- Perform analyses to support Finance and ML leadership, ensuring investment decisions align with Google’s strategic priorities, and implement dashboards for standardized data perspectives.
- Establish monthly/quarterly reports on portfolio performance, trends, and product area analyses against goals, tracking performance of existing AI/ML allocations and identifying potential issues/areas for re-balancing.
- Assist with due diligence processes on potential AI/ML allocation needs, including business workload requirements.
