Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Manager – Data Science and Analytics, you will:

• Guide and mentor the P&A data and analytics staff.
• Develop AI and machine learning models for financial forecasting and risk assessments.
• Enhance collaborative initiatives across finance and IT sectors to integrate sophisticated data science solutions.
• Lead compliance and governance adherence for data handling and modelling processes.
• Create compelling data visualizations and detailed reports to illuminate complex information to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A robust background with 5-10 years of experience in data science and analytics, particularly in a financial context.
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and visual tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• A solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills for explaining intricate concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred) and professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAP).
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
