About the Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead and build a dedicated team. This role involves the development of new machine learning models and collaborating interactively with our Dealing, Business Analysts, and BI Experts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve ML models for trader profiling, including analysis of trading strategies, volumes, and preferences by country.
• Optimize models for better quality and performance, ensuring seamless integration with operational systems.
• Initiate and supervise the data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes necessary for model creation.
• Continuously monitor model performance, making necessary enhancements to ensure scalability and security.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Robust understanding of statistical methods and various machine learning algorithms:
  • Classification (e.g., logistic regression, SVM, random forests, gradient boosting)
  • Clustering (e.g., K-means, hierarchical)
  • Regression analysis (e.g., linear, multiple, criteria)
  • Proficiency in deep learning (CNN, REN, LSTM) and NLP for time series analysis and sentiment analysis
• Expertise in MLOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and familiarity with libraries such as pandas and NumPy; knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Spark, or other big data technologies is a plus.
