About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will be pivotal in driving Insurance Transformation and Modernization projects. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies for ETL Policy conversion, your role aims to address critical business challenges, enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Gap and feasibility analysis during project initiation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.
• Conduct workshops involving various stakeholders to gather and document requirements accurately.
• Provide impact analysis of requirement changes on ongoing projects.
• Engage in scrum meetings, status reporting, and Center of Excellence (CoE) activities including training and recruitment.

Preferred Skill Set

• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire products (PC, BC, or CC).
• Proficient in SQL and data concepts for comprehensive data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to document and manage detailed data mappings and transformations.
• Experience in collaborating with development teams and quality assurance in creating test data.
• Efficient in writing SQL queries and understanding database functions/scripts.

• Educational background in BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA/MBA.
