Our product, currently in production, focuses on leveraging advanced Machine Learning technology to automate text communications in popular CRM systems, enhancing efficiency and functionality.

Our Team

Our team comprises industry experts including an experienced CTO with a profound background in Data Science and Machine Learning, a Back-end Developer, and a Digital Marketing Specialist. By joining us, you will collaborate to enhance and maintain existing support automation solutions and develop innovative features once fully familiar with the architecture.

Role Contributions

In our collaborative environment, you will:

• Improve and maintain current automated support solutions.
• Develop new features tailored to the strategic needs of the project.
• Engage in strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions with the team.

What We Are Looking For

We require a passionate ML Engineer with:

• At least 2.5 years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, particularly NLP.
• Hands-on experience with model transformation including usage, re-training, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks such as Pytorch and Tensorflow.
• Strong command of Python, OOP, and REST APIs (Flask, Celery).
• Experience in Docker and Docker-compose for optimized containerization and deployment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NLP tools and libraries: NLTK, Spacy, scikit-learn, GenSim.
• Understanding and application of diverse ML theories and models like Seq2Seq, Language Modeling, Named Entity Recognition, text classification, and more.

Desirable Additional Qualities

A deep commitment to Machine Learning and a good sense of humor are big pluses!
