About the role: As a Data Scientist in our dynamic AI & Data Science team within the Technical Excellence of our Privat DK division, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales and retention strategies by personalizing customer experiences. You’ll embark on a complete end-to-end journey, engaging in problem identification, analytical dataset construction, model building, implementation, and monitoring of benefits. You will create machine learning models tailored for applications such as churn modeling, lead generation, product recommendations, and upselling to improve the customer journey using data-driven insights.

Your Impact | Supporting the Customer Journey at Tryg

Your technological fluency in using cutting-edge tools like Azure, Kafka, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python will enable you to design, build, and scale machine learning algorithms for analyzing and processing expansive data streams. Additionally, your role involves troubleshooting challenges in data, tools, and infrastructure as our analytic platform continuously evolves.

About You | Skilled, Experienced, and Business-Oriented

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and ambitious Data Scientist, who has developed machine learning applications within various business contexts. You should have a keen business acumen paired with comprehensive skills in machine learning, statistical methods, data engineering, and software development lifecycle concerning machine learning applications.

You should have a solid background in Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong practical understanding of GDPR, AI Act, and data ethics to ensure compliance in your work. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial as you will regularly interact with business stakeholders to convert their challenges into data-driven solutions.
