As a Founding AI Engineer based in New York, you will significantly contribute to architecting and scaling our innovative agent infrastructure. This opportunity is perfect for those who are action-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to take full ownership of challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers to transform cutting-edge automation and reasoning advancements into functional code.
• Design and implement data collection methodologies to refine generative action models.
• Create and manage pipelines for constructing reference datasets and tools targeted at specific goals.
• Develop comprehensive machine learning models that enhance the capabilities of self-improving agents.
• Design both public and private knowledge graphs to support generative models.

What We Look For

• Demonstrable outstanding capability.
• Proficiency in generative model architectures like Retrieval Augmented Generation, Graph Learning, AI agents, and tree-search augmented LLMs.
• Expertise in developing scalable data applications using Python.
• Experience with full-stack ML development.
• Contributions to prominent deep learning conferences such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, or CCVPR.
• Proven track record in developing fast-evolving enterprise software within a high-growth setting.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000
• Equity Options: 0.25% - 1%
