About the Role

Most of the world’s commerce relies on custom and proprietary stacks, often undocumented on the open web. By collaborating with trusted partners, we aim to bring AI advancements to the enterprise landscape. We’re targeting some of the most crucial yet underserved developer stacks globally. The inability to effectively manage code costs billions per year in inefficiencies, and we believe AI can play a transformative role in rectifying this issue.

Role Requirements

Technologies

As a Founding AI Engineer, you will oversee the long-term direction and setup of our AI-based code and tech stack analysis pipeline. Ideal candidates will have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and various prompting techniques. Experience in LLMs for code analysis and generation is particularly relevant. You will collaborate closely with domain experts to craft our AI pipeline.

Successful Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with a proven commercial track record in engineering roles, particularly those with in-depth exposure to the mentioned stack, ideally in early-stage companies. While we are open to academic backgrounds, we prioritize a pragmatic, customer outcome-driven mindset. Our team values a "truth-seeking" approach, meaning we prioritize the strength of the argument over who presents it.

The best candidates will have a curious mind and the drive to grow every day, motivated by delivering valuable solutions to users quickly. We highly value a “getting-shit-done” attitude and seek engineers excited about working closely with users. Benefits and Compensation

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £140,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a substantial equity package under the tax-efficient EMI scheme. We are also developing a comprehensive benefits package, which will include:
