The Role: Founding Fullstack Engineer

Join us as a Founding Fullstack Engineer and take a pivotal role in both the development and expansion of our AI-driven products. This role covers the entire spectrum of our product development from data ingestion to crafting sophisticated AI automation interfaces. This is an ideal position for someone who is action-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to take full ownership of their projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging automation interfaces that seamlessly integrate human interactions.
• Create and manage APIs to enhance Occam AI's resource library, including tools and datasets.
• Develop robust data processing pipelines that contribute to our toolset.
• Enhance API performance focusing on speed, scalability, and extensibility.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable high-level problem-solving skills and exceptional abilities.
• Expertise in frontend development, especially with frameworks like React.
• Proven track record of developing scalable data applications and APIs using Python.
• Experience in creating dynamic enterprise software solutions in rapidly evolving environments.
• A background in working with Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and AI agents is highly advantageous.

Compensation

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum

Equity: 0.25% - 1%
