About the Role

As a Frontend Developer at Media.Monks, you will be instrumental in creating and refining internal tools powered by advanced AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and other AI innovations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's internal capabilities and contributing your skills to various client projects.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from developing intuitive frontend applications to architecting and optimizing their performance. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and eager to grow and adapt in the rapidly evolving field of AI. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver exceptional user experiences and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely on internal and client projects.
• Create pixel-perfect, responsive web applications or design the technical architecture behind projects.
• Generate innovative engineering ideas to leverage the latest AI technologies, including RAG frameworks, agents, and LLMs.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to improve our standards, frameworks, and tools.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of tangible work experience with a portfolio or code samples for review.
• A solid foundation in programming, problem-solving skills, and experience in algorithm design, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Proficiency in libraries and languages such as React, Vue, Angular, ESNext, and TypeScript.
• An eagerness to learn, particularly about using LLMs and other AI frameworks.
• A proactive and flexible attitude.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills to provide clear project updates and describe problems and required actions.
