Job Opening: Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to help develop and scale the UI and frontend infrastructure of the Lightning AI platform. You will take ownership of key features and drive end-to-end development while collaborating with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers. With over 10,000 organizations using Lightning, your work will significantly influence how AI is built and deployed globally.

Responsibilities

• Write readable, testable, and efficient code in React and Redux.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leads to develop user interfaces and frontend infrastructure.
• Evaluate and strengthen technical architecture, tools, and processes.
• Champion software quality, implement automation, and drive continuous delivery.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster a supportive, inclusive environment for growth.

Evaluation Process

• Introduction: Initial conversation with a Recruiter to discuss your background and aspirations. If there's a match, we'll proceed to a technical interview.
• Coding Interview: Assess your coding skills in React.
• Virtual Onsite Interview: Three interviews covering domain expertise, systems design, and behavioral assessment. You'll meet our CEO, CTO, and another engineering team member.

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience and level)
