Join ICF as a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (Data Science & AI) - Remote / Hybrid

ICF is experiencing significant growth and is currently seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our Health Data Insights Team. This position will support the exploration of Data Science and AI technologies for the CDC. Collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to develop user interfaces, applications, and data storage solutions while integrating AI functionality.

Responsibilities

- Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment to fulfill user stories and deliver within sprints.
- Participate in the design and creation of scalable software.
- Present and justify design decisions to the team and stakeholders.
- Write clean, functional code on the front-end and back-end.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and application deployment.
- Implement testing frameworks such as Jest and Selenium.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of code and applications.
- Help maintain code quality and organization.
- Document features based on project specifications.
- Provide application support on an as-needed basis.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of full stack development experience.
- Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js).
- Experience with .NET Framework for API and back-end services.
- Proficiency with SQL and No-SQL databases (Graph, Vector, Document, etc.).
- Docker container configuration and deployment.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Experience with command-line / Linux.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of basic Machine Learning algorithms and their use cases.
- Understanding of Neural Networks and their use cases.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with building GenAI-powered processes.
- Experience with Data Engineering/Processing in Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with Spark/Databricks.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $84,533.00 - $143,706.00, based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Location: Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
