Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. US citizenship and willingness to apply are required. An active security clearance is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $53,000 - $103,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and RTX considers various factors when extending job offers, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, location, education, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance programs, the Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Benefits vary based on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may also be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, depending on job level and collective bargaining agreements. Annual program payments depend on individual, business unit, and company performance.

This role is based in the U.S. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
