About the Role

We are looking for Full-Stack Engineers to develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our product suite. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining products and platforms utilizing advanced voice models used by millions of users.
• Taking ownership of end-to-end features across the front and back ends of our stack.
• Collaborating closely with the Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to design solutions addressing critical customer and internal team needs.

Your specific responsibilities might include:

• Developing new proof-of-concept products with partner customers that can scale to new markets.
• Enhancing existing products to ensure they are intuitive, powerful, and leverage the latest research breakthroughs.
• Maintaining and scaling our internal infrastructure to ensure product performance and security.
• Processing large-scale datasets to support the next generation of voice models at the forefront of generative AI.

What You Bring

Formal experience, certifications, or degrees are not required. We seek enthusiastic software engineers who can demonstrate their problem-solving capabilities through past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. You should have expertise in the following areas:

• Expertise in Python
• Experience with Web Development using Typescript/React
• Familiarity with common software and system design patterns, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures
• Test design and security awareness preferred
